We are passionate about ensuring your fine art print arrives safely and reflects the exceptional quality of the Hidden Worlds we capture. As our prints are made-to-order, we follow a careful two-part process: Production Time and Shipping Time.
1. Production Time (Processing)
Every print is custom-produced to the highest standard, ensuring archival quality and accurate colour reproduction.
Our Process: All artwork is printed, inspected, and securely packaged by our trusted global production partners.
Timeframe: Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to move through the production and quality-checking phase before it is dispatched for shipping.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We utilise a network of international couriers (including DHL, FedEx, and reputable local carriers) to ensure your artwork is shipped efficiently and sustainably from a location closest to your delivery address.
Destination Estimated Shipping Time (After Production):
United Kingdom (Domestic): 2–4 working days
Europe: 4–7 working days
United States & Canada: 4–8 working days
Rest of the World: 7–14 working days
Note: These are estimates. While 95% of orders arrive within these windows, local holidays or customs delays may occasionally cause minor variations.
3. Shipping Costs & Tracking
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your ordered items and your delivery address. We aim to provide the most economical and reliable rate possible.
Order Tracking
All dispatched orders are fully tracked. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your order's progress once the item leaves the production facility.
4. International Orders, Customs & Duties
We ship worldwide. However, when placing an international order, please be aware of the following:
Customs Fees: The customer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country's government.
Payment: These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are typically collected by the courier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for potential charges before placing an order.
5. Damaged or Lost Orders
In the rare event that your print arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us immediately within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will work quickly with our production partner to assess the issue and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost.
