Refund Policy
As a professional gallery, we stand behind the quality of our fine art prints. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but as every print is custom-made to order (print-on-demand), our policy must reflect this bespoke production process.
1. Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)
Due to the custom nature of our production, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for items based on a change of mind or incorrect size/format selection by the customer.
We urge you to carefully review the print size, material specifications, and product images before placing your order.
2. Handling Damaged or Defective Prints
If your print arrives damaged, or if there is a production error (e.g., incorrect print, poor quality print), we will happily replace the item at no cost to you.
Reporting a Defect: You must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your delivery.
Required Documentation: To process your replacement, you must provide the following via email to me@jameswolfisz.com:
Your original order number.
A clear photograph of the damaged/defective print, clearly showing the issue.
A clear photograph of the packaging (including the shipping label and any exterior damage).
Resolution: Upon verifying the defect or damage, we will arrange for a prompt replacement to be shipped to you. Do not return the original print unless specifically instructed to do so.
3. Order Cancellation
Because production often begins quickly after an order is placed, our window for cancellation is very short.
Cancellation Window: You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order.
Procedure: Please email me@jameswolfisz.com immediately with the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST" and your order number. If production has not yet begun, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Lost in Transit
If the tracking information shows that your order has been lost in transit, please contact us.
We will liaise with our production and shipping partners to confirm the loss. If an order is confirmed lost, we will arrange to reprint and reship your order at no extra charge.
5. Refund Processing
For approved cancellations or defective/lost items, refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
