Your Questions, Answered

Buying art should be an exciting and confident experience. I’ve put together a list of the most common questions I get about my fine art prints to help you feel completely assured with your purchase. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—I’m always happy to help.

About the Prints

What paper and ink are used for your prints?
All of my prints are created on professional-grade 4mm acrylic glass. This method brings out an exceptional depth and vibrancy in each image, making the colours more luminous and giving the photograph a modern, gallery-quality finish. The material is also durable, shatter-resistant, and protects the artwork from UV light and moisture.

Are the prints signed?
No, my prints are not signed. They are presented as a clean, frameless artwork that lets the photography stand on its own without distraction.

Are the prints framed or mounted?
They come with a hanging kit, which includes all the necessary hardware to mount the print. The prints have screw holes at each corner (14mm (0.55") from the edge, with an 8mm (0.31") diameter hole and 15mm (0.6") screw head) for easy installation.

Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Each print is made to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 7-10 business days for production and a further 2-3 business days for shipping within the UK. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on the destination, and you will be provided with a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please note that customs fees or duties may apply in some countries, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your shipping method?
Each print is carefully wrapped and securely packaged in a sturdy box to ensure it arrives in perfect, pristine condition.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
I want you to be completely thrilled with your new artwork. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your print for any reason, please get in touch with me within 20 days of receiving your order. If your claim is validated, my primary goal is to send you a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not feasible, or you'd prefer a refund, that can also be arranged.

What if my print arrives damaged?
While I take every precaution to ensure your print is packaged safely, accidents can happen. If your print arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the damage and the packaging and email them to me immediately. I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
